GOVERNOR'S SUICIDE.
AMERICAN SAMOAN SCANDAL
Vancouver, November 5. Commander AVarren Terliune, the United States Governor of American Samoa, committed suicide on Wednesday, following on the announcement'from Washington that an investigation Avould be made into the charges against him of mistreatment of the natives and misrule of the island.
