EDUCATIONAL MATTERS.
(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, November 18. Tho Education Board passed a motion to-day, viewing with alarm Regulation 127, and entering an emphatic protest 'against the substitution of female assistants for males in large schools; it also protests against regulations of this kind being brought into operation until considered by those who administer education. It was decided to ask other Boards tor .their support.
