Wellington, October 28. The House met at 2.80 p.m. THE RAILWAYS BILL. Mr Massey said the Railway Bill would be ready ioi- circulation 'on Tuesday. The D 3 List depended on the Bill, and would be ready as soon as possiblo when the Act had passed. Tlie Bank of New Zealand Bill., introduced by Governor's message, relates to arranging for the transfer ot capital. The draft of the Bill had been apuroved by the Finance Committee, "tlie Treasury Department, and tho banks. An Imprest Supply Bill was introduced appropriating £3,171,900 for wages, salaries and general charges. The Bill was'passed through all stages unamended, and the House rose at 11.20 p.m. ; .
