WOOL PRICES DECLINE
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Aust.-N.Z. Cable Association.; London, June 12. The wool eales closed fiat Of 92,000 bales catalogued, about 20,000 were withdrawn. Compared witii May, best combing mermos had declined 20 per cent, Continental scotireds 10 per cent- faulty carbonising, which had recovered slightly during the sales, 10 per cent; crossbreeds improved gradually and closed at 10 pei cent down; medium 5 per cent, slipes and scoured's were in lair demand, hut largely were withdrawn at the Government reserves. Lambs declined 5 to 10 per cent.
