WOOL PRICES DECLINE

Compared witii May, best combing mermos had declined 20 per cent, Continental scotireds 10 per cent- faulty carbonising, which had recovered slightly during the sales, 10 per cent; crossbreeds improved gradually and closed at 10 pei cent down; medium 5 per cent, slipes and scoured's were in lair demand, hut largely were withdrawn at the Government reserves. Lambs declined 5 to 10 per cent.
