It is £14,000 which the Borough Council proposes to. raise as a supplementary loan for the electrical plant additions, not £1000 as a printers error made it yesterday in the Stab. The Mayor made a slight mistake in his speech on Wednesday night, which needs correction. Part of this proposed loan is to wipe off a deficit of £1000" on the capital account, not on the" working account' as the Mayor stated.
