A party of tribesmen, lei by Sherifian officers, attacked Tel Afar, seizing the Government buildI ings and killing all the Government I officials, including two British officers. A punitive column is being sent from Mosul. London, June 9. A Moscow wireless reports that a provisional Government has been formed at Resht, and it was warmly greeted by the population. The British are hurriedly retreating to Baghdad, as the Indians are opposed to fighting the revolutionaries, a considerable number going- over to them. ■____■_■———
