THE SAUNDEiIS GLEN OROUA PROPERTY. I Yesterday Messrs Murray, Roberts and Co. ottered at auction the Glen j Oroua property of Mr E. R. Saun-' ; ders. The highest ■ price for the day was given for the [homestead block of 68 acres, the pur.chaser being Mr W. Mills, of Pipton. IMr Mills also purchased an adjoining block of 34 acres at £152. The lowest price was £73 per acre, for 39 acres, bought by Mr Wagstaff, of Pohangina.
