KAITANGATA MINE.
STOP-WORKERS LOCKED OUT. (Per Press Association.) Dunedin, December 2. miner,, at Kaitangata held a stop-work meeting this morning prior fc ogoing on shift. When the meeting closed and tho men were prepared to resume work, thoy were refused thoir lamps. Consequently the mine was idle all day. It is anticipated that work will be resumed to-morrow ou the "go-slow" policy.
