BLOWS IN THE SPANISH CHAMBER. Madrid. Signor Rahola, Autonomist deputy, made a strong protest iv tho Chamber against the suspension of Constitutional guarantees in 'Barcelona. He wa s frequently interrupted, and the discussion degenerated ultimately into a scandalous scuffle, in which fists and sticks were freely used.
Signor Cainbo. leader of the Catalonia, n Autonomists, with great bitterness told the Chamber that Spanish policy was useless. It. had failed in Flanders, Portugal, South America, and in the Philippines. He added : "The hostility of this Chamber may ripen serious revolutions in Catalonia."
It is believed that the Government will attempt to force the Budget through as a whole aud prorogue Parliament.
