GUILTY HUNS

A meeting of influential persons held in London and convened by the Empire Union, demanded that the Government insist on the punishment of the ex-Kaiser and his officers guilty of outrages. Copenhagen. November 18. The Lokal Anzeiger states that the ox-Kaiser is likely to return to Germany owing to disturbances in Holland.
