London, November 6. The Seamen's Union has withdrawn its embargo on Mr Henderson, the Labour leader, who will shortly make a fresh start for the Continent to attend a Socialistic Peace Conference.

Mr Havelock Wilson, M.P. (loader of the seamen), as the result of the Trade Union Congress action, endorsing Mr Henderson as leader, has promised no further interference (The seamen hitherto have refused to man any ship carrying Mr Henderson or Mr Ramsay Mac Donald to any Pacifist Conference.)
