HATRED OF BAVARIANS FOR PRUSSIANS. (Received September 8, 9.30 a.m.) New York. September 7. A despatch from J assy (Rou mania) to the New York Herald states that there is such bitter animosity between the Prussians and the Bavarians that they must be separated when made prisoners. When German prisoners were taken in the battle of the Sereth, tho Bavarian prisoners, pointing to. the Prussians,, shouted to their Roumanian captors, "Kill these Prussian dogs I They are continuing the war in order to ruin us." A fierce melee followed, in which several of the prisoners were injured.
