VISIT TO PARORANGI TO-DAY

The touring schoolboys assembled at PaZmerston continued " their football matches yesterday, Wairarapa and Wellington teams played a drawn game, each side scoring three-points. Manawatu beat Wangarmi by 8 points to nil. The game was a splendid one throughout, both sides playing with. dash. Manawatu scored'two tries, one of which was converted. This morning 70 of the boys came to Feilding by the early train to make a trip to Parorangi. , Local residents provided more than enougb cars, and the lads were sent out promptly to Mr. E. Short's stud farm. They returned at 1 p.m.. and were entertained at lunch at the Dainties and Whitehead's by Mr E, Short. The return to Palmerston will be made by the New Plymouth train this afternoon.
