KAISER LOSES £100,000.
Zurich. The Kaiser ha slost 2,000,000 marks (£100,000) by a judgment delivered in a lawsuit against him before the Dresden High Court. In 1913 an eccentric citizen of Plauen, Saxony, left a legacy of 2,000,000 marks to tho Kaiser, providing his widow with only tho minimum required by German law. The widow sued the Kaiser and asked the court to declare the husband's will mill and void. The court decided against the Kaiser, and awarded the entire Bum to the widow.
