The Second Ballot may perturb many men, but it will certainly be some months before they will be called up. During that period they can practice economy by securing Bargains at McMenamin's Big Winter Sale. Whether the early closing of hotel bars will have a good effect is a subject Mint is causing some debate.. That I lie early closing of McMenamin's Sale will remove a great bargain chance from the people of Feilding is, however, beyond question.
