COAL OPERATORS PROSECUTED

A group of coal operators have been arraigned on charges of conspiracy to fix the x>riccs. A letter was produced in an elfort to prove that tho agreement proposed to increase tho prico of coal supplied to the British Admiralty from 13s Dd per ton to 20s.
