THE HUNGARIANS.
ANTI-GERM A N MOVEMENT.
Amstedam, June 28. M. Karolyi, in a sensational speech in Parliament, declared that Count Tisza (ex-Premier) was chiefly responsible for the war., but financial and industrial magnates were also blameworthy. These factors were now-pre-venting peace. He demanded the instant dissolution of the lower ■House, so as to smash Tisza and his party and assist the democracy to victory. Karolyi did not attempt to conceal his pro-Entente, sympathies. An agitation which is anti-German is causing consternation in Hungarian Government circles. London, June 27. An Austrian coiinnuniquo says: We completely recaptured, after tenacious fighting, the positions south of Lugana valley still in the enemy's hands. All counter-attacks by the Italians collapsed. We took 1800 prisoners.
