DESERTERS RETURNING IN LARGE NUMBERS.
Petrograd. June 25. Numbers of deserters are returning daily.' and over 5000 passed through Minsk on the 23rd inst. A GOOD MOVE. Tho newspaper Novova Jisni states that the Government has decided to dissolve, the Duma. A SUNDAY SENSATION; REVOLT AT HELSINGFORS. After the service on Sunday, a crowd of anarchists, including many soldiers and sailors, invaded the Lutheran Church at Helsingfors. The ringleader (Bolt) made incendiary speeches in Swedish, Finnish, •and Russian from tho pulpit. The crowd «ang international rebel songs. Finally the militia, dragged out the ■anarchists and arrested several, including Bolt, who was sent to a lunatic asylum. Tho militia were attacked with sticks and stones, and threo were injured.
