AT HOME.
SMUTS ON THE INNER WAR CABINET.

London, June 25. The Daily Chroniclo states that General Smuts will not attend the Wai Cabinet when the domestic policy is being discussed, but is a membiv of the inner committee, which deals with the war, consisting of Premier Lloyd George, Lord Curzon, Lord Milnei-j and General Smuts. This inner committee was set up in order to economise the time of other ministers, and they only attend when matters concern their department.-
