SMUTS ON THE INNER WAR CABINET.

The Daily Chroniclo states that General Smuts will not attend the Wai Cabinet when the domestic policy is being discussed, but is a membiv of the inner committee, which deals with the war, consisting of Premier Lloyd George, Lord Curzon, Lord Milnei-j and General Smuts. This inner committee was set up in order to economise the time of other ministers, and they only attend when matters concern their department.-
