King Ferdinand, who is visiting the Roumanian front, promised his troops land reforms for 5,000,000 peasants. The King has personally given a largo area of Crown land and has asked the Government to introduce a Bill giving land to all peasants fighting The reforms do not satisfy the bulk of the nation, which, has become unsettled hy the Russian revolution an.i German and Russian Socialist orators. Twenty members of the Roumanian Parliament have formed a Labour pnty, and intend demanding the widest land, electoral, economic, and socUl reforms. They have already received strong support.
