A shockin outrage was discovered in a boarding house at Katoomba, when George Kinp. a prominent Melbourne commercial traveller was found in bed gagged and his skull battered, presumably with a hammer, tho walls and furniture being splashed with blood. Herbert Shaw Young, aged 19. has been arrested in Sydney in connection with tho outrage.
