Coming and going the Germans aro losing heavily in men. AVhcn tho Allies pursued a patient policy of Attrition, it worked; now that Yon Hindcnburg has adopted tho samo policy, tho Germans are still being destroyed. The Allies are fighting strenuously in Flanders. Tho Hungarians have forced Germany's hands, and the Bulgar has tried to force the hand of the Rouman. The Russian position is reported to be unaltered. There is an interesting race between Germany and Russia for the credit of giving self-government to Poland. The Kaiser is said to havo joined in tho race for tho Pole.
