THE BILLING CHARGES
London, August 16
An interim report of the Air Committee says: None could complain if Mr Billing (the aviator M.P.) demanded an enquiry into hie cases in order to determine, if deaths AVere preventable, but to base charges of criminal negligence or murder upon thorn is an abuse of language entirely unjustifiable. Some of Mr Billing's other criticisms and suggestions arc of a different character and will be carefully considered.
