It was stated at the Newcastle Munitions Tribunal that a single young man earning £4 10s a week had lost 73 hours in three Aveeks, and was away the whole of Easter week.
A New York letter states that _ six world-famous opera stars have raised £2200 at a special concert for the children of Enrique Grenados, the Spanish composer, who was lost in the Sussex.
