The Feilding branch of the Home League (Salvation Army) have ■ this week forwarded a case of comforts for soldiers at the front, to London, comprising 21 sets pyjamas, 22 shirts, 36 assorted bandages, 32 hip pads, 52 liquabs, 36 khaki handkerchiefs,' 24 boot polishes, 6 balaclavas, 1 pair bed socks, 2 pair socks, 4 scarves, 18 knitted face cloths, 12 writing pads, 30 cakes soap, 12 boxes chocolates, 7 tins milk, 2 tins cocoa, magazines and papers. The members are busy preparing another case, and financial assistance is greatly needed. Donations towards above will be thankfully received by officer-in-chrarge or left iff Stab Office.
