I'Australian-N.Z. Cable Association.] Berne, July 21. At a conference with Dr. You Beth-iiiaun-llollweg. the party leaders in the Iteichstag demanded unrestricted use of the submarine. Dr. yon Meth-mann-llollwcg replied that tho time had not arrived for such a policy, though the Government reserved liberty of action.
Pan-Germans advocate that Prince Mulow should replace Chancellor Ilollweg, believing that the Prince favours submarine ruililessness.
