The Times, discussing the decline in war orders lo America, points'otit that one company alone has dismantled its enormous plant, discharging 2-jOO employees, and the British inspector is leaving because British manulju'ttirei's are now able to supply the demand. The value of war order stocks has also been allccted by the Russian successes on the Eastern front and the FrancoBritish advance on the West, which has led many to foresee the end ol the war in the near future.
