Tlie Nationalists in the six Ulster counties will discuss Mr Lloyd George's proposals on Friday. . A meeting of Belfast Nationalists passed a resolution exnressing confidence in Mr Redmond and the Irish Party. It als« pledged itself to stand by Mr Devlin ia any course he deemed advisable to settle the Irish" question. It was further thought that Mr Lloyd George's proposals afforded a basis lor a provisional settlement.
AGAIN NIPPED IN THE BUD

Neutrals are speculating concerning men in civilian clothes found drifting amongst the bodies of German sailors killed during the North Sea battle. The view is largely held that they represented another effort to create trouble in Ireland.
