PRINCE ALBERT AMONG THE
FIGHTISRS.

It is understood that Prince Albert, the King's sailor son, was serving as a sub-lieutenant on a battleship which participated in the Skager Rack battle. GERMANY'S LOSS ESTIMATED. London, June 19. The newspaper Scotsman states that advices from .neutral worts indicate that tho battle in the North Sea put out of action one-third of Germany's effective naval power.
