"Wangamiij February 17. A letter-curd was "received to-day, via Switzerland,, I'roni Corporal Earles, of the Wellington Battalion, who is a prisoner in Coiistanfinople., and who was one of the tow who survived the great attack at Saiw Bair in August, when lv* was wounded and captured by the Turks. Ho intimates that he is well and having a fairly comfortable time, lie says the, New Zealand lads would like some monoy sent from Premier Massey or Mr Alien.
