Strong southerly winds predominated on Saturday and Sunday, but have decroased in force since the barometer's rising in the south. The weather has been unsettled and cloudy, and rain has fallen generally. Present indications are for dull and misty weather, with rain probable, e6pecially in the west coaet districts of both islands. Expect moderate to strong westerly winds, probably increasing again shortly; barometer unsteady, with a falling tendency. TO-DAY'S FORECAST. The indications are for westerly winds, with a southerly tendency. The weather will probably be showery and changeable. The barometer is unsteady.
