Representatives of the Quadruple Entente, with a view to reaching a settlement of the questions in dispute in the Balkans, have had a collective representation to M. Pashitc'h (Minister for Foreign Affairs), pointing out their desire to establish an entente with the Balkan States and the avoidance of friction, thus bringing nearer the Allies' final success in the war. -■
