The Miiiisev for Defence' has received a report from the Defence .Department ou the apparent disparity in military the percentage of men rejected as medically unfit. Taking au average of tlie examinations since the war commenced, they showed that almost 25 per. cent, of tho men had been rejected in the various districts.
