SCIENTIFIC AGRICULTURE AT APITI.

The WiUigauui Education Board's proposal to hold a week's instruction on scientific and practical agriculture at Apiti is being taken up enthusiastically by the farmers there. Mr O. A. Banner, the Hoard's instructor for this <li.strict, was in Api ti on sale day and discussed the matter with a number of those interested with a view of ascertaining the special direction whj'ch the course .should take. It is intended to hold the classes si bout tho third wook in July, and the Toclinical Committee and Mr C. C. Hills will make the preliminary arrangements. Messrs Manner and R. Browne, two of the Board's agricultural instructors, will be tho demonstrators and lectures.
