London, May 31. The Japanese Minister of Marine has cabled to Mr Churchill thanking him for his cordiality towards the Japanese Navy during his Admiralty career.
Mi* Churchill, in reply, hoped that the comradeship of the two fleets woiild continue, and lie concluded by saying, "All goes well."
