London, May 31. Tho Amsterdam correspondent oi the Times says that Holland is uneasy at the spread of the war. It is doubtlul if tho army would by .sufficient, safety, and the leading men are advocating universal military service. An army of 600,000 soldiers would be necessary to preserve Holland's neutrality.
