Renter's Cairo correspondent states that influenza and pneumonia form the majority of cases of sickness among the Australians. Seven Australians fell Avhile climbing the Cheops Pyramid. _ Four were killed and the others seriously hurt. One was injured in the spine, and is crippled for life.
