BOXING DAY SPORTS.
It. is hoped that the Feilding public will give strong support to the Feilding Athletic and Caledonian Society's Boxing Day sports, to be held on tho racecourse. The programme is advertised on our front pago. Energetic; officers are doing everything possible to make the meeting attractive.
Tho Home Nursing Class will be hold to-iiifcdit at 8 o'clock in the Technical School.
There was great excitement in Fetiding on Saturday afternoon, when Father Christmas visited the Lyceum Theatre. Over 900 children were present, and between 200 and 300 others were unable to gain admission. Those ivho were there, as well as the disappointed ones, will be glad to know that be will bo back again next Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock.
