I Ainslic Shield Challenge, ( The first game for the handsome ! shield presented by tho Ainslie Co. is to be played on the Feilding green next Saturday, the challenge, coming from the Palmerston Club (,f. A. Nash). This is a two-rink contest, and names for the selection are now going on the board. Get to it! Wairarapa v. Manawatu. Next Thursday iho inter-centre allday tournaments will be inaugurated on the Palmerston green. The Wairarapa. Centre is sending eight rinks to play against tho Manawatu Centre. The executive of the latter has allotted the club representation as follows: Palmerston 8, Feilding G, Terrace End 4, Daimevirke 4, Foxton 2. Levin 2, Shannon 2 3 Pahiatua 2, Woodville 2.
