Tho membership roll rnnl IGi " lclriljers . paid-up capital 190 4s 6d, on deposit account £90 ss, balances for distribution as bonus to members on their purchases £89258 d. The committee recommend a bonus of 2s 3d in tho £1 on members' purchases during tho quarter just ended, and lo carry forward a sum of about £20 to a reserve fund. Bonuses will be paid to members on October 1(1 at tho office of the Society from 1.0 a.m. to 0 p.m. Should any •member fail to como on the Ib'th for his bonus, tins will be placed on deposit account. Oeposits can only be paid out as per Rule 17, which states that 14 days' notice must bo given to withdraw the deposit acounfc. Tho first quarterly meeting of members will bo held on. the I.4th inst.
