QUARTERLY COURT RETURNS
For the quarter ended September 30 the aggregate amount sued form the local Court was £2128 14s 2d, and the amount recovered £1420 6s lid. There were 176 plaints entered, 34 distress warants issued, and on the 19 judgment summonses issued nine orders were made. A total of 211 Srocessee were handled by the bailiff. >n the criminal side 71 persons were taken into custody or eummoned.
