AFTERMATH.

THE ECHO' OF THE STRIKE

PER PBEBB ASSOCIATION. Timaru, March 27. The outcome of ill-feeling between the wharf strike leaders and the new. union, to which they are not admitted as members, will come before the Court to-morrow, when Archibald Hall will be charged with assaulting Mr McLeod, secretary of the Arbitration union, and with the theft of the keys of the Wharf Workers' Hall. McLeod was alone in the building when Hall entered, abused, and assaulted him, and took away the keys. Brought before a J.P., the accused said there was a dispute as to the ownership of the Hall, and he gave up the keys on the understanding that his doing so could not affect the claim.
