GOOD FOR THE CIVILS.
The Public Servic c Commissioner announces that Public Servants will this year get their increases as from April 1, as soon as they become duo— that is to say, at the end of April. Formerly Civil Servants received their increases only when the Estimates have been passed by Parliament, unci by that time increments for several months were due.
