ENTERTAINMENTS.
"SEED OF THE FATHERS" AT THE LYCEUM. "Seed of the Fathers," to be screened at the Lyeeuni Tlieatre this evening, depicts the beautiful and accomplished actress, Miss Marion Leonard, in a series of spectacular and powerful scenes. The story, which, which is stated to be one of the strongest of dramas, is based upon the puzzling question of heredity. It runs the entire gamut of social life, from the wretched existence of the denizens of the underworld to the luxurious life led by the prosperous leaders of society, and incidentally some romantic and sen-, sational incidents are . portrayed on the screen by a series of remarkable pictures as the plot progresses. This picture comes to Feikling with the reputation of having drawn crowded houses wherever shown. The screening of this masterpiece of cinematography occupies the whole of the second half of the evening's entertainment. See the advertisement for the other items to be produced.. PAUL DUFAULT TO-NIGHT. The farewell concert of that most popular of all singers, Paul Dufault, will take place to-night at the Drill Hall. There will be a complete change of programme from that, of his previous concert here. Mr Duf'ault's operatic: number will be the well-known "Lend Me Your Aid," from the "Queen of Sbeba." His other numbers will comprise many beautiful ballads, including the dramatic classic, "How's My BoyP" of which an Adelaide critic says: "Dufault has given us many songs, but he has given us nothing more wonderful than the mother's imperative., impassioned and insistent questioning, 'How's My .Boy? , -It got Adelaide on its feet, and that takes some doing." Miss Biiulley's principal item will be the "Folie, Folic , ' aria from "La Traviata." She. will also sing a, group of English ballads. Mr Ernest Toy's violin solos will includes the popular "Kausfc Fantasia," and Mr Harold Whittle will again prove i\ Uiwer of strength to the company, as accompanist. The concert to-night will be the last appearance of tbe Dufault Company in Feikling.. as they arc now en route to Australia.,
