At the householders meeting last evening Mr Fred Pirani announced that the Oroua Tennis Club had granted ,the girls of th a High School the free use of the 'courts on two afternoons in each week, and, on request had extended th 6 privilege to the boys of the school, if accompanied by a teacher, ln proposing a hearty vote of thanks ito the Club, Mr A. H. Aaitkinson spoke highly of the generosity shown, which was much appreciated.
