The High Court has commenced tlie hearing oi the Colonial Sugar Company's application for an injunction challenging the validity of the Sugar Commission Act, and against the Commission for further examining the Company's directors and officials. It is argued that the company's trade rivals benefit by making their processes public through the Commission. BIG BILLIARDS. Lindrum's score is 10,577, and Harverson's 10,454. A WOOLSHED BURNED. Brisbane, Sept. 25. Isis Down's woolshed was destroyed by fire. The damage is estimated at £20,000.
