London, Sept. 23. The Bishop of Deny, during the course of a sermon on Sunday, denied that Christians were bound to submit to ;i law sanctioned by a mutilated Parliament of one House. They were asked to mit themselves at the mercy of sworn foemen who ojJenly declared that they would take their revenge iii the hour of triumph. Tim Healy, speaking at Cork, said the Hon. Winston Churchill was scattering Parliaments "from Skye to Ireland's Eye a " and therefore the Independenb Nationalists were entitled to a Parliament at Cork.

Lord Londonderry entertained the delegates. Sir Edward Carson and the Hon. F. E. Smith, M.P. for Liverpool, were among the speakers.
