FRANK FOX'S FEARFUL FATE.

Diuiedin, Sept. 23. Mr Frauik Fox, employed by -he Harbour Board, was killed at Pelidiet Way, this afternoon. He was assisting to place a culvert in position in a ditch across a road on some reclaimed ground. The culvert, which weighed about a ton, was turned over before, being lowered and deceased and seyea-ai others went round to tho other side to put it in position. Ho must have got underneath somehow, for on the- culvert being raised a little ho was found in a crushed position below. He was a young married, man and resided at NotJiEast Valley, l>ime<lin.
