THE BOY SCOUTS.
About a dozen of Feilding's Boy Scouts responded to the invitation to attend a meeting in the High School quad, last night. Messrs T. Watson and Bissett, Scoutmasters, were present, and explained that it was desired to get as many Scouts as possible to meet Chief Scout BadenPowell on the Railway Station as he passes through Feilding. Mr Watson said he was sure he could get at least thirty. It was also decided to get a contingent to go to Wellington for the big gathering of Scouts there. Already about a dozen boys have agreed to make the trip. Any Scouts wishing to go should communicate with Mr Watson by to-mor-row. The fares to Wellington are 2s return for boys under 15, and 4s for boys over that 'age.
