AGGREGATION AT APITI.
It is stated that the Apiti district is displaying the ill effects of the aggregation of farms. In one part of tho district where a short time ago there were five families residing there are now none, one farmer having bought out all his neighbours. The remaining settlers look upon this as a very regrettable and backward step.
